Paid Time Off allows our employees to lead a healthier, more balanced life. Team Members that average 30+ hours a week will receive a $200 bonus on their first year of employment (anniversary month), followed by an additional $50.00 each additional year (This must be requested by the Team Member).

The EAP service provider is Health Advocate. They can be reached by either calling 1-877-240-6863 or accessing the website healthadvocate.com/LiveWellGIOAEAP.
What information is needed to validate eligibility?
When a Team Member calls they will be asked to confirm their employer code (LiveWell GIOA EAP), basic contact information, and their date of birth.

With our partnership with Point University and scholarship opportunties, we are setting up our employees for future success.
Point University
We have partnered with Point University to provide tuition free education for our Team Members. The only requirement is that the Team Member works 1 shift per week. Point University offers the following degrees that can be obtained at no cost to the employee.
