What Is Foundations?
Foundations is a comprehensive path to become an Operator for both internal and external candidates. The Foundations program will give candidates an experience in developing character, competency of chemistry, which is vital to becoming an Operator. It equips candidates for the Leadership Development Program that Chick-fil-A offers.
