The first level of leadership includes:

• Drive-Thru Manager

• Kitchen Manager

• Front of House Manager

These leaders are led by the second level of leadership, which includes:

• AM Director

• PM Director

These Directors are led by the Managing Director and the Operator casts vision and leads the entire Leadership Team.

Our goal is to provide training, education and development to create leaders who are prepared for careers at Chick-fil-A.
