EMPLOYMENT MEALS

RETIREMENT

  • RRM Culinary offers a 401(K) plan. The Operator contributes 3% to vested employees regardless of employee investment.

HEALTH INSURANCE

  • RRM Culinary will provide up to $350 per month towards health insurance coverage. If employees choose to deny coverage, RRM Culinary will not offer financial incentive.

VACATION LEAVE

  • RRM Culinary will provide $200 bonus after first year and $50 each additional year.

    • Vacation is calculated and reset by the hire date. Vacation days should all be used during a 12 month period earned. It will not be carried over. RRM does not paid for unused paid time off except certain circumstances. All vacation and personal days must be approved by the employees direct report. Leave request forms must be submitted when requesting time off preferably 6 weeks prior to request. Vacation requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis, and only if time off will not interfere with normal business operations. Blackout dates may include but are not limited to, {November 1- January 15}. There must always be 2 Operational Directors available. This may affect approval of vacation requests for each restaurant.
